1、 Product description:

Danuo 449 is designed to be used as a protective coating for painting, maintenance and repair in splash area of offshore platforms. Excellent seawater resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

2、 Product characteristics:

Dino 449 can be cured in an immersion environment. The single coating completed in one painting can achieve the expectation of long-term protection. It can be compatible with well-designed cathodic protection system.

3、 Recommended use:

Denuo 449 is applicable to the outer wall protection of various buried pipelines. Suitable for wet sand blasting or ultra-high pressure water (UHPWW) cleaned surfaces (whether wet or dry).

4、 Technical characteristics:

1. Density: 1.5 kg/l (12.1 lbs/US gallon)

2. Volume solid content: 98 ± 2%

3. VOC (factory value): maximum 122 g/kg, 200 g/L (1.7 lb/gallon)

4. Recommended dry film thickness: 150-1000 microns (6.0-40.0 mils) depending on the requirements of the coating system

5. Theoretical coating rate: 4.3 m ²/ Liters for 200 microns (170 feet ²/ US gallons for 8.0 mils)

6. Dry film thickness: 200 microns (8.0 mils), 4.3 meters ²/ Liters (170 feet ²/ US gallons); 500 microns (20.0 mils), 1.7 meters ²/ Liters (68 feet ²/ US Gallons)

7. Finger dry: 3 hours

8. Coating interval: minimum time: 3.5 hours, maximum time: 14 days

9. Storage validity: 24 months, stored in a dry and cool environment
